Frequently Asked Questions About White Water

Below are some of the most frequently asked questions about Silver Dollar City. If you do not find the answer to your question, please email us at sdcwebsitecustomerservice@silverdollarcity.com.

Q: May I bring a cooler or food items into the park?
A: We do not allow coolers or food items to be brought inside the park, but we do have a brand new picnic area located immediately outside our ticket booth (park entrance) where guests can enjoy their brought-from-home-refreshments. No alcohol or glass will be permitted in the picnic area.

Q: Are life jackets provided?
A: Life jackets are provided (no charge) for small children and non-swimmers.

Q: Is food available for purchase at the park?
A: Yes, we offer a great selection of foods and snacks at the several locations at the park. Pizza, salads, sub-sandwiches, cheeseburgers and BBQ are just a few of the entrée selections. Ice cream, slushie drinks, pretzels, funnel cakes, nachos, and Kid's meals are all available. And don't forget the ice cold drinks!

Q: Are there changing rooms, showers, and lockers available?
A: Yes. Changing rooms and showers are on site. Lockers are available to rent for $4.00. In addition to the rental fee, a $5.00 refundable deposit is required.

Q: Is smoking allowed in the park?
We have designated smoking areas. Please ask for specific information at the front-gate regarding designated smoking areas.

Q: Are tubes available?
A: Tubes are provided for all rides and are available at no extra charge.

Q. I forgot my bathing suit, do you have suits for sale?
A. We have a large selection of name brand merchandise which includes men's, women's and children's suits, cover-ups and t-shirts. We also have a wide variety of hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, and souvenir items.

Q. Do you sell beach towels?
A. Yes, we sell beach towels in the Beach Club Emporium.

Q: May I bring floats?
A: You may bring flotation devices, within these guidelines.
No conventional or automobile inner tubes are allowed. No Styrofoam flotation devices, No double rafts, or one-person flotation rafts are allowed in Kiddie areas, Surfquake Wave Pool, and the Lazy River. No flotation devices over 6 feet in length.

Q: Are alcoholic beverages sold or allowed to be consumed in the park?
A: No.

Q: May my 11 year-old stay at the park while I shop at the Branson malls?
A: All children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Q: May I bring my pet?
A: No pets are allowed on premises except for those that assist disabled guests.

Q: Is there a charge for parking?
A: No.

Q: I do not plan to get into the water or ride any rides. I just want to visit with my party and watch our grandson play. Do I have to purchase a ticket?
A: Yes, a landlubber ticket is available to purchase at the White Water ticket booth.

Tips for Enjoying White Water!

  • Above all else, WE WANT YOU TO BE SAFE. Please obey lifeguards and park guidelines.
  • We recommend that your family agree on a meeting place in case a family member becomes separated from the group. PA announcements are not made.
  • Please wear water shoes when visiting White Water. The walkways can get hot and so will your feet.
  • Please make sure to eat and drink plenty of fluids to stay healthy in the heat.
  • Lockers are available for rent on ticket walkway, next to the merchandise shop.
  • Thong-style/revealing swimwear is not allowed at the park.
  • Diaper-dependent individuals are required to wear swim diapers or a water proof diaper cover.
  • Don't forget to wear sunscreen and sunglasses.
  • Any questions or problems, please look for a management member in a red shirt for your answers.

Print at Home Tickets

Q: How does the Print At Home process work?
A: Follow these simple steps for printing tickets at home.

  1. Select type and quantity of tickets.
  2. Enter personal information, payment information and confirm your delivery method of choice. Then select "Purchase".
  3. When the confirmation page appears, select "Click here to view your tickets/confirmation."
  4. Print from your computer.

Q: What do I need in order to print tickets at home?
A: You must have a current version of Adobe® Acrobat Reader®, an internet connection (allow more time for dial-up connections) and a working printer that prints on regular paper with dark, clear lines in order to print tickets at home. If you don't currently have Adobe Acrobat Reader, click here for a free download.

Q: What types of tickets can I print at home?
A: You may print One-Day Tickets to Silver Dollar City, Celebration City or White Water, as well as any type of CityHopper Ticket. Season Passes and tickets to the Showboat Branson Belle cannot be printed at home.

Q: What should I do if the tickets won't print?
A: If your online confirmation screen disappears, you may also print tickets from your email confirmation. If you did not receive an email confirmation, or if your tickets still fail to print, call our Internet Customer Service department at 800-719-2399.

Q: Do I need to keep all the pages that print out?
A: You will receive a Confirmation Page, plus a separate page for each ticket. Ticket Pages include a box with the text "This is Your Ticket" at the top. You must present a Ticket Page at the front gate for each person entering the park.

Q: Can I order and print tickets for another party?
A: Yes, you can order and print tickets for another party. Letters from your name will appear on the tickets, but your friends or family will be admitted as long as they present the printed ticket at our front gate.

Q: If I lose my ticket or it becomes wet or unusable, can I get a replacement?
A: Yes, you may stop by any ticket booth and ask for a replacement at no additional cost. A regular ticket will be issued that will provide you with the same entitlements as the ticket you purchased less any visits already used.
